Move Over Or Reduce Speed For Stopped Emergency Vehicles!
Tim speaking for the move over law
With great passion Tim is an advocate of the North Carolina’s “MOVE OVER LAW”. Tim believes that the citizens of North Carolina and all other states need to be educated according to the law and all it entails.
In todays fast pace world, more drivers are failing to pay attention to their roadside surroundings, and therefore placing roadside emergency workers at a greater risk of injury. The “MOVE OVER LAW” is designed to not only keep roadside workers safe, but also to educate citizens how to respond to emergency vehicles along the roadside. These vehicles and their agencies include EMS, Fire Apparatus, Police, Tow Truck Operators and more recently Utility Vehicles.
Tim has had the privilege of representing all of these agencies across North Carolina. Tim has spoken at several events about the importance of the “MOVE OVER LAW”, and why we need to education the citizens of North Carolina and those who travel throughout our great state.
